New Functions for the Online Shop Zalando

The Idea
But how did I get the inspiration for this Project? 
I think online shopping has a high potential but as I know from my own experiences, it has some huge disadvantages: 
You never know, if the clothes you buy really match your figure, or if you like the fabric and the actual color. This causes a huge amount of returned clothes every year and with that a higher transportation traffic, which is really bad for our environment.
Also you don't get as good consulting there as in real stores.
Keyvisual
In the following Keyvisual you can see the key-message of the project. The German Text says:
"From now on you are screaming even more due to your happiness - because finally everything fits!" 
It is inspired by a very famous campaign by Zalando, which went viral in Germany. There the people, who ordered at Zalando, always screamed very loud when the postman brought the package to their house. 
FunCtions
Conny
She is an intelligent chatbot, who supports and consults you during your online shopping tour like a close friend would do on a trip in the city. She consults based on personal preferences, you can set in your profile.
TryOn
This feature enables, that you can digitally try on the clothes, which you are interested in on an avatar, which has your personal measures. This way you can find the right sized and formed clothes for you body.
Informational Architecture
Layout and Mockups
For the Layout of the additional functions it was very important to match the Corporate Identity of Zalando, so they would integrate without sticking out.

You have the option to either watch the videos and see, how the functions can be used in my Adobe XD Click-Dummy or to experience the desktop version by yourself.
